• Check safety inputs: In the controller status screen, observe oil pressure, coolant temp, and emergency stop inputs during start. Look for any that change state unexpectedly.
• Inspect wiring harness: Wiggle the engine harness gently while running to see if shutdown occurs, indicating a loose connection.
• Secure terminals: Tighten all screw terminals on safety circuits in the Aksa control panel.
• Replace intermittent switches: If tapping an oil pressure or coolant level switch causes shutdown, replace the switch.
