How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the generator and disconnect the battery before servicing the charger.
- Check charger fuse: Locate and test the charger fuse on the All Power America control panel or charger module. Replace if blown.
- Measure charge voltage: With utility power present and the generator off, reconnect the battery and measure voltage at the battery. It should be above 13 V if the charger is working.
- Inspect wiring: Tighten charger output terminals at both the charger and battery.
- Replace charger: If no output is present and input power is good, replace the battery charger module.
