Atlas Copco controller displays E026 Oil Level Low (if equipped with level sensor)

Safety first: Stop the engine and allow oil to drain back to the sump before checking level.

• Check oil level: Use the dipstick to confirm actual oil level. Top up with the specified oil if low and investigate for leaks.
• Inspect for leaks: Look around the oil pan, drain plug, filter, and crankshaft seals for fresh oil.
• Test level sensor: If level is correct but alarm persists, disconnect the oil level sensor and test according to the manual (float movement vs. continuity). Replace if faulty.

Do not bypass the oil level alarm; correct the underlying issue.
