• Neutralize corrosion: Use a baking soda and water solution to clean battery terminals and corroded metal surfaces, then rinse and dry.
• Apply protectant: After cleaning, apply dielectric grease or battery terminal protectant spray.
• Check charger voltage: Verify that the Centurion charger is not overcharging (typically 13.2–13.6 VDC float).

When to call a technician: If corrosion has damaged wiring or terminals, a technician should replace affected components and verify charger operation.
