Possible Causes
Open or tripped DC fuse, Loose battery cables, Faulty start/stop switch on Centurion panel, Failed control board start output
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure generator is in OFF and utility power is present so there is no need for immediate backup.
- Check DC fuse: Locate the battery/DC fuse near the battery or control panel and test/replace if blown.
- Inspect battery connections: Tighten both battery terminals and clean corrosion.
- Test manual start: Attempt to start from the control panel. If the display works but nothing happens, the start switch or board may be faulty.
When to call a technician: If fuses and cables are good, a technician should test the start circuit and control board outputs.
