Einhell
Control Power / Battery Supply Failure
Generator will not start at all, no crank, no click from starter relay

Possible Causes
Completely discharged or failed starter battery, Blown DC control fuse, Loose battery ground connection, Faulty ignition/engine ON switch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the generator is isolated from the mains and ATS. Wear eye protection when working on the battery.
- Check battery voltage: Measure the Einhell starter battery. If below ~11 V, recharge with an appropriate charger or replace the battery.
- Inspect battery cables: Tighten both positive and negative terminals. Clean corrosion with a baking soda solution and dry thoroughly.
- Locate and check DC fuse: In the control panel or near the battery, find the DC control fuse (often 5–30 A). Replace if blown with the same rating.
- Test engine switch: Turn the engine/ignition switch between OFF and ON several times. If the panel lights do not come on in ON position, the switch or its wiring may be faulty and should be replaced.
If there is still no response, the control module or wiring harness may require professional diagnosis.
