Safety first: Disable AUTO mode and remote start. Avoid excessive cranking to prevent starter damage.

• Check fuel level and valves: Confirm adequate diesel in the base tank and that all manual shutoff valves are fully open.
• Replace or inspect fuel filters: If filters are old or contaminated, replace them with genuine FG Wilson/engine filters.
• Bleed fuel system: Use the manual priming pump on the filter head or lift pump. Loosen the bleed screw until fuel flows without air bubbles, then tighten.
• Check lift pump operation: On mechanical pumps, feel for resistance when priming. On electric pumps, listen for operation when ignition is on.
