How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Verify that it is safe to restart the generator and that no hazards are present.
- Reset E-stop: Locate the red emergency stop button on the generator enclosure. Twist or pull to release it to the normal position.
- Inspect switch: If the alarm persists, remove the E-stop switch from the panel and test continuity with a multimeter. Replace the switch if it does not open/close properly.
- Check wiring: Inspect the harness from the E-stop to the controller for cuts, pinched sections, or loose connectors. Repair or replace as needed.
- Clear alarm: Cycle the controller OFF then back to AUTO to clear the Emergency Stop alarm.
