Possible Causes
Open or miswired utility sensing leads, Blown fuse on sensing circuit, Faulty voltage sensing input on Genergy controller, Incorrect mains voltage configuration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: This fault involves live utility wiring. Only a licensed electrician should open the ATS or mains connection box. Turn off power and verify de‑energization before working.
- Check controller configuration: In the Genergy controller setup, confirm the mains voltage, phase, and frequency settings match the actual utility supply.
- Inspect sensing fuses: Many Genergy systems use small fuses on the mains sensing lines. Check and replace any blown fuses with the correct rating.
- Verify wiring at ATS: Ensure the utility sensing wires are connected to the correct phases and neutral as per the Genergy wiring diagram. Correct any mis‑phasing or loose terminations.
- Test mains voltage at controller: With power on and using proper PPE, measure the voltage at the controller sensing terminals. If voltage is present but E11 persists, the controller input may be defective and require replacement.
