• Check base mounting: Verify that the Genergy base frame is securely anchored to the concrete pad using the recommended hardware. Tighten loose anchors.
• Inspect vibration isolators: Look under the base for rubber or spring isolators. Replace any that are cracked, oil‑soaked, or collapsed.
• Look for obvious imbalance: Inspect the alternator rotor and cooling fan for missing blades, weights, or foreign objects.
• Professional balancing: If vibration persists, a Genergy technician should perform rotor balancing and coupling alignment checks using proper instruments.
