How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Verify remote start wiring: In the Himoinsa control panel, locate the remote start terminals (e.g., RS+, RS- or similar). Confirm continuity of the cable to the ATS using a multimeter.
- Check ATS contacts: In the ATS, identify the dry contact designated for generator start. Verify that it closes when mains fails. Replace the contact block if it does not operate correctly.
- Confirm input configuration: In the controller settings, ensure the remote start input is configured for the correct logic (NO/NC) as per the ATS design.
- Simulate start signal: Temporarily bridge the remote start terminals at the generator (if safe and allowed by the manual) to see if the unit starts. If it does, the issue is in the ATS or wiring. If not, the controller input may be faulty.
- Restore and test: After corrections, restore power, clear E10, and perform a full mains-fail test to confirm automatic starting.
