Generator enclosure becomes excessively hot to the touch, but no overheat code

Safety first: Turn OFF the generator and allow it to cool before opening the enclosure.

• Clear vents: Remove leaves, dust, or objects blocking Hyundai enclosure louvers and grilles.
• Internal cleaning: Use low-pressure compressed air to blow dust from radiator, alternator, and engine fins.
• Check clearances: Ensure installation meets Hyundai's minimum clearance requirements from walls and other structures.
• Fan shroud: Inspect engine fan shroud for cracks or missing sections that could reduce airflow. Replace if damaged.
