Generator runs but produces no AC output; controller shows normal run status with no error code.

Safety first: Turn OFF the generator and lock out the transfer switch. High voltage is dangerous.

• Check main breaker: Locate the generator's main circuit breaker and ensure it is in the ON position. Reset if tripped.
• Inspect output terminals: With power off, remove the terminal box cover and check that all phase and neutral conductors are tight and undamaged.
• Test AVR: If the engine runs but voltage is near zero, the AVR may have failed. Inspect for burnt components and replace with a genuine Hyundai Power AVR.
• Alternator testing: Measure resistance of stator windings according to the service manual. Open or shorted windings require professional alternator repair or replacement.
