Safety first: Disconnect all power sources before drying or cleaning electrical components.

• Step 1 – Dry interior: Use clean rags and gentle heat (not open flame) to dry water from components. Do not run the generator until fully dry.
• Step 2 – Inspect seals: Check door gaskets, cable entry glands, and roof seams for gaps or damage. Replace worn seals.
• Step 3 – Clear drains: Ensure any enclosure drain holes are open to allow water to escape.
• Step 4 – Protect terminals: Clean corrosion from terminals and apply anti‑corrosion spray. Consider installing space heaters if recommended by Kipor for humid environments.
