How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Stop the generator immediately, isolate ignition sources, and ventilate the area. Use spill kits to contain fuel.

Identify source: Wipe suspected areas and observe fresh leaks around filters, hoses, and pump connections.
Tighten fittings: Carefully tighten hose clamps and banjo bolts. Do not overtighten aluminum or plastic parts.
Replace hoses: Replace any cracked or swollen hoses with diesel-rated hose of correct size.
Inspect tank: Check the base tank for corrosion or punctures. Small leaks may be repairable; severe corrosion may require tank replacement.

Do not operate the generator until all leaks are fully repaired and the area is cleaned.
