• Check battery voltage: Measure battery voltage. If low, charge the battery fully and retest. Replace if it will not hold charge.
• Inspect charger operation: With AC power available, verify that the Onan charger is supplying correct float voltage. Replace if inoperative.
• Check for parasitic loads: Look for accessories or controls drawing power when the unit is off. Remove or correct any unauthorized loads.
• Secure connections: Clean and tighten all battery and DC ground connections.
