Possible Causes
Blown controller supply fuse, Loose power connector to controller, Failed controller backlight or LCD, Internal controller fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate DC power by disconnecting the battery negative before removing the controller.
- Check fuses: Locate and test the low-voltage fuses feeding the controller. Replace blown fuses with the correct rating and investigate cause.
- Inspect connectors: Reseat the main power and data connectors on the back of the Pramac controller.
- Measure supply voltage: Confirm that the controller receives the correct DC voltage at its power pins.
- Replace controller: If supply is correct but the display remains blank, the controller module likely needs replacement with the exact Pramac part number.
