Possible Causes

Fuel tank nearly empty, Faulty fuel level sender, Wiring fault between level sender and controller, Incorrect fuel level calibration in controller

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn generator OFF and disable AUTO before refueling. No smoking or open flames near fuel.

  • Verify fuel level: Open the fuel tank access and visually confirm the fuel level. If low, refill with the correct fuel type to at least 50% capacity.
  • Reset and test: After refueling, clear the E07 alarm and attempt a manual start. If the code clears and the unit runs, monitor the level sensor reading on the display if available.
  • Inspect fuel level sender: If the tank is full but E07 persists, locate the fuel level sender on the tank. Check the connector and wiring harness for damage or corrosion.
  • Sender test: With a multimeter, measure resistance across the sender terminals while manually moving the float (if accessible). Compare to Pramac specifications. Replace the sender if readings are out of range or open-circuit.
