Possible Causes
Incorrect mains sensing wiring, Blown fuse in mains sensing circuit, Faulty ATS communication cable, Controller configuration error for mains voltage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Work only with mains power isolated and locked out. This involves lethal voltages; a licensed electrician is strongly recommended.
- Check mains sensing fuses: Locate the small fuses protecting the mains sensing inputs on the controller or ATS. Replace any blown fuses with the correct rating.
- Verify sensing wiring: Confirm that the mains phases and neutral are correctly wired to the controller's sensing terminals as per the Pramac wiring diagram.
- Inspect communication cable: If your system uses a data cable between the Pramac controller and ATS, check for damage, loose plugs, or water ingress.
- Controller configuration: Ensure the controller is set for the correct mains voltage and phase configuration (single/three-phase). Incorrect settings can cause false E15 alarms.
