Generator enclosure becomes very hot to the touch during operation

Safety first: Surfaces may be hot. Allow cooling before touching panels.

• Clear obstructions: Maintain the minimum clearance around the Pramac generator specified in the installation manual. Remove vegetation, snow, or stored items blocking airflow.
• Clean louvers and screens: Brush or vacuum dust and debris from intake and exhaust grilles.
• Check ventilation fan: On models with electric fans, verify operation during run. Replace failed fans and check their fuses.
• Monitor temperature: After corrections, run the unit under load and periodically check enclosure temperature. Persistent overheating may require airflow redesign.
