Possible Causes

Damaged enclosure seals, Blocked ventilation causing condensation, Installation in high-humidity area without heaters, Missing cable gland seals

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect all power sources before touching corroded or wet electrical parts.

  • Dry the enclosure: Use a dry cloth and gentle heat (not open flame) to remove moisture. Allow time for complete drying.
  • Inspect seals: Check door gaskets, cable glands, and roof seams for damage or gaps. Replace worn seals with Pramac-approved parts.
  • Improve ventilation: Ensure vents are not blocked. In very humid locations, consider installing anti-condensation heaters if supported by Pramac.
  • Clean corrosion: Remove light corrosion from terminals with contact cleaner and a brush. Severely corroded components should be replaced.
