Possible Causes

Empty LPG cylinder or low NG supply, Blocked gas regulator, Undersized gas line, Faulty fuel solenoid valve

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the generator and close the gas supply valve. Do not smoke or create sparks near gas lines.

  • Verify gas supply: For LPG, check cylinder level and open the cylinder valve fully. For NG, confirm the main gas cock is open and that other gas appliances are functioning normally.
  • Inspect gas hose and line: Look for kinks, crushing, or ice buildup on the flexible gas hose to the Pulsar generator. Straighten or thaw as needed.
  • Check regulator vent: Ensure the vent on the gas regulator is not blocked by dirt, insects, or debris. A blocked vent can cause low outlet pressure.
  • Listen for fuel solenoid click: When starting, you should hear a click from the fuel solenoid valve. If not, check its electrical connector and fuse.

If E15 persists with confirmed adequate gas supply, the regulator or fuel solenoid valve may need replacement by a qualified gas technician.
