How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the generator and open the building main breaker. Verify there is no backfeed.

  • Inspect communication cable: Locate the low-voltage control cable between the Pulsar generator and the ATS. Check for cuts, crushing, or rodent damage.
  • Verify terminal tightness: Open the ATS control compartment and ensure all control wires are firmly landed on the correct terminals as per the Pulsar wiring diagram.
  • Check for corrosion: Look for green or white corrosion on low-voltage terminals and clean if necessary.

If wiring is intact and E19 remains, the ATS control board or generator control PCB may be defective and require professional replacement.
