Safety first: Disconnect nonessential loads before testing. Keep clear of moving parts.

• Reduce load: Turn off high-demand appliances and see if the Pulsar generator runs smoothly. If so, the total load may exceed the generator's capacity.
• Clean or service carburetor: Add a fuel system cleaner to the gasoline (if compatible) and run the unit under moderate load. For persistent issues, remove and clean the carburetor jets.
• Replace fuel filter: A partially clogged filter can cause fuel starvation under load.
• Inspect governor linkage: Ensure the governor arm moves freely and is not binding.

If stalling continues with reasonable load and clean fuel system, governor adjustment by a technician may be required.
