Generator is leaking coolant under the unit or inside the enclosure

Safety first: Never open the radiator cap on a hot engine. Allow full cool-down and relieve pressure before opening the system.

• Identify leak source: Inspect radiator, hoses, water pump, and drain plugs for wet areas or dried coolant residue.
• Tighten clamps: Gently tighten hose clamps at all hose connections.
• Replace damaged hoses: Any hose with cracks, bulges, or soft spots should be replaced with the correct diameter and rating.
• Radiator repair: Small leaks may be repaired by a radiator shop; large cracks usually require radiator replacement.
• Refill and bleed: Refill with the specified coolant mix and bleed air from the system per the manual.
