Possible Causes

Emergency stop pushbutton engaged, Open E-stop wiring in control circuit, Faulty emergency stop switch, Loose terminal at controller E-stop input

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Confirm that no emergency condition exists before resetting any E-stop.

  • Reset E-stop: Locate the red emergency stop pushbutton on the Winco generator enclosure. Twist or pull to reset, depending on design.
  • Inspect wiring: Check the low-voltage control wiring from the E-stop to the controller for damage, loose terminals, or corrosion.
  • Test switch: With power off, use a meter to verify continuity through the E-stop switch when reset. Replace if it does not close properly.

After restoring the E-stop circuit, clear the E13 code and test a manual start.
