Possible Causes

Low water pressure, Clogged inlet screens, Failed water inlet valve, Faulty water level sensor feedback

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off water supply and unplug the unit before disconnecting hoses.

  • Check water supply: Ensure both hot and cold faucets are fully open and that household water pressure is adequate.
  • Inspect inlet hoses: Turn off water, disconnect hoses from the back of the combo, and check the small screens inside the water inlet valve for debris. Clean with a soft brush.
  • Check for kinks: Make sure hoses are not kinked or crushed behind the unit.
  • Test fill: Reconnect hoses, restore power and water, and start a fill cycle. Listen for the valve opening and observe water flow.
  • Valve testing: If no water enters, unplug the unit, remove the top or rear panel, and test the inlet valve solenoids for proper resistance with a multimeter. Replace the water inlet valve assembly if defective.
  • Verify pressure sensor: If the tub overfills or F8 appears with correct water flow, test the water level pressure switch as described for F3.
