Washer-dryer displays E10 and will not start or stops shortly after starting

• Check door closure: Close the door firmly until you hear a distinct click. If the door feels loose or does not latch, inspect the hinge screws and tighten if necessary.
• Inspect door strike: Examine the plastic or metal strike on the door that engages the lock. If cracked or worn, replace it.
• Check gasket interference: Ensure the door seal is seated correctly and not folded or deformed in a way that prevents full closure.
• Test door lock switch: Access the door lock assembly from behind the front panel or via the gasket opening. With a multimeter, verify that the lock switch closes when the door is latched. Replace the door lock assembly if the switch does not operate reliably.
