How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance.
- Locate NTC: Find the wash NTC at the heater bracket and the dryer NTC in the air duct (depending on which circuit shows E71).
- Measure resistance: Compare readings to Amica specifications at room temperature. Replace any sensor with out-of-range values.
- Check connectors: Clean and reseat connectors at both sensor and PCB ends.
