Washer-dryer vibrates excessively and moves across the floor during spin

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before adjusting feet or checking the rear.

• Remove transit bolts: If the machine is newly installed, check the rear for shipping bolts securing the drum. Remove all transit bolts and fit the supplied plastic caps.
• Level the machine: Adjust the front and rear feet until the cabinet is level and stable. Use a spirit level and lock the feet.
• Load correctly: Avoid overloading or washing single heavy items. Mix large and small items to balance the drum.
• Inspect suspension: If vibration persists, check and replace worn shock absorbers or springs.
