Safety: Unplug before tipping or moving the machine.

Steps:

Check shipping bolts: Ensure all transit bolts at the rear have been removed according to the installation manual.
Level the machine: Adjust the front and rear feet so the washer-dryer is stable and level in all directions.
Inspect dampers: Remove rear or front lower panel and check the shock absorbers. If they leak oil or move with little resistance, replace them in pairs.
Check springs: Inspect the top suspension springs for stretching or breakage and replace if necessary.

Tip: Avoid overloading and mix large and small items to improve balance.

Excessive vibration or walking across the floor during spin.
