Washer-dryer emits a foul or musty odor from the drum.

Steps:

• Drum clean cycle: Run an empty 90°C cycle with a washing machine cleaner or white vinegar (check Ariston recommendations).
• Clean seal: Wipe the door gasket folds with a cloth and mild bleach solution to remove mold.
• Clean filter: Remove and clean the drain pump filter to eliminate trapped debris.
• Leave door open: After use, leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open to allow drying.

Tip: Perform a hot maintenance wash monthly if you mostly wash at low temperatures.
