Safety: Disconnect power. Expect water spillage when opening the pump filter.

• Clean pump filter: Open the lower access door, unscrew the pump filter, and remove debris.
• Inspect drain hose routing: Ensure the hose rises to the recommended height before entering the standpipe. A hose that is too low can cause siphoning and poor drainage.
• Check pump operation: Run a drain-only cycle and listen for the pump. If it hums but does not move water, the impeller may be jammed or the pump weak and in need of replacement.
