Possible Causes
Open or shorted NTC sensor, Damaged NTC wiring harness, Poor connector contact at control board, Control board analog input failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before testing sensors.
- Identify NTC: Determine whether the error refers to the wash NTC (on tub) or dry NTC (in air duct) based on when the error appears.
- Test NTC: Remove the sensor connector and measure resistance at room temperature. Compare with Asko specifications. A reading of near 0 Ω (short) or infinite (open) indicates failure.
- Inspect wiring: Check the harness from the NTC to the control board for damage or loose plugs.
If the NTC and wiring are good, the control board may misread the sensor; professional repair is advised.
