How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and be prepared for water spillage when opening the pump area.
- Clean pump and hoses: Access the drain pump and remove any debris from the pump housing and hoses. Ensure water can flow freely from tub to drain.
- Inspect pressure hose: Verify the pressure hose to the water level switch is clear and properly connected, as it can affect drain detection.
- Check wiring: Inspect the wiring harness at the pump and along its route to the control board for damage or loose connectors.
- Test pump operation: After reassembly, run a drain-only cycle. If the pump does not run or runs erratically and E11 returns, the pump or control board may require replacement.
