Washer-dryer combo vibrates excessively or "walks" across the floor during spin.

• Remove shipping bolts: If newly installed, check the rear of the unit for shipping bolts or brackets that must be removed per the installation manual.
• Level the unit: Adjust all four leveling feet so the washer-dryer is stable and does not rock. Tighten lock nuts.
• Reinforce flooring: Place the unit on a solid, level surface. Avoid weak platforms or soft flooring.
• Inspect suspension: If vibration persists, check springs and shocks for wear and replace as needed.
