• Test sensor output: With the sensor removed, a technician can measure its resistance or voltage output while applying gentle air pressure. If readings are unstable or outside Balay specs, replace the electronic pressure sensor.
• Wiring inspection: Verify that the sensor connector is secure and that the harness to the main control is intact.
• Re-test: After reassembly, run a test cycle and monitor fill and drain behavior. Persistent E14 suggests a control board issue requiring professional service.
