Check communication harness:

  • Access boards: Remove the top cover. Locate the main control board and the front user interface (UI) board.
  • Inspect cable: Check the ribbon cable or harness connecting the UI to the main board. Look for kinks, cuts, or burnt areas.
  • Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect both ends of the harness to ensure good contact.
