Possible Causes
Faulty pressure switch or wiring, Faulty NTC sensor wiring, Loose connector at PCB, Control board sensor input failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before removing covers.
- Step 1 – Visual inspection: Remove the top cover and inspect the wiring harnesses to the pressure switch and NTC sensor. Look for loose plugs, corrosion, or damaged wires.
- Step 2 – Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the multi-pin connectors at the pressure switch, NTC, and PCB to ensure good contact.
- Step 3 – Test sensors: Use a multimeter to verify the pressure switch and NTC sensor are within specification (see E04 and E05 procedures). Replace any sensor that tests out of range.
- Step 4 – PCB check: If sensors and wiring are correct, the PCB may have a defective input circuit. This typically requires professional repair or replacement.
