Possible Causes
Blocked condenser or lint filters, Restricted air ducts, Weak dryer heater, Faulty dryer NTC misreading temperature
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning internal components.
- Step 1 – Clean user-accessible filters: Remove and clean any lint filters and the condenser unit (if user-removable) under running water.
- Step 2 – Check load size: Do not overload the drum for drying. Follow Beko's specified maximum dry load, which is usually lower than the wash capacity.
- Step 3 – Inspect air ducts: Remove panels and vacuum lint from internal ducts and around the dryer heater and fan.
- Step 4 – Test dryer heater and NTC: Measure heater resistance and NTC values as in E06 and E12. Replace faulty components.
- Step 5 – Ambient conditions: Ensure the machine has adequate ventilation around it; very confined spaces can reduce drying efficiency.
