Possible Causes
Spin speed set too low, Unbalanced load causing spin reduction, Worn motor brushes (on brushed models), Slipping drive belt
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before removing panels.
- Step 1 – Check program settings: Ensure the selected program and options allow maximum spin speed. Increase spin speed if adjustable.
- Step 2 – Redistribute load: Remove and rearrange laundry to avoid a single heavy bundle. Run a spin-only cycle.
- Step 3 – Inspect belt: Remove the rear panel and check the belt for wear or slack. Replace if it slips easily on the pulley.
- Step 4 – Check motor brushes: On brushed motors, inspect and replace worn brushes as described in E07.
