• Check for water: If water is visible in the drum, drain via the pump filter and run a drain/spin cycle.
• Manual release: Use the emergency door release (usually a pull cord near the pump filter) to open the door.
• Inspect lock and seal: Once open, check the door seal for obstruction and the lock for mechanical sticking. Replace the door interlock if unreliable.
