Safety first: Do not reach into the drum while it is spinning. Unplug the appliance before internal inspection.

• Redistribute the load: Open the door once safe, remove heavy items, and redistribute laundry evenly around the drum. Avoid washing single heavy items (e.g., one bath mat) alone.
• Reduce load size: Overloading can prevent proper spin. Remove some items and restart the spin cycle.
• Check machine leveling: Ensure the Brandt combo is level front-to-back and side-to-side. Adjust the feet and lock them in place.
• Inspect suspension: If the machine bangs or moves excessively, remove the top and/or rear panel to inspect suspension springs and shock absorbers. Replace any broken springs or leaking/weak shocks.
• Check motor tachometer: If D06 persists with normal loads, inspect the motor tachometer sensor and wiring. Replace the motor if the tachometer is defective.
