Washer-dryer combo emits a musty or moldy odor from the drum.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before cleaning internal filters.

• Run cleaning cycle: Run an empty hot wash with a washer cleaner or a cup of white vinegar and baking soda to remove buildup.
• Clean door gasket: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth soaked in diluted bleach or vinegar. Remove trapped lint and debris.
• Clean drain filter: Open the pump filter access, remove and clean the filter to prevent stagnant water.
• Leave door open: After use, leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open to allow drying and prevent mold.
