Possible Causes
Incorrect water level sensor signal, Blocked air trap on tub, Faulty pressure sensor calibration, Damaged pressure hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before accessing internal components.
- Clean air trap: Locate the air trap or chamber on the side/bottom of the tub where the pressure hose connects. Remove and clean out soap scum and debris that can affect pressure readings.
- Inspect pressure hose: Check the hose for pinholes, cracks, or hardening. Replace if damaged.
- Re-seat sensor: Ensure the pressure sensor is firmly mounted and its connector is secure.
- Service mode (if available): Some Danby models allow water level sensor calibration via a service mode. Refer to the service manual to recalibrate the sensor.
- Replace sensor: If cleaning and recalibration do not resolve E11, replace the water level pressure sensor.
