Washer-dryer combo emits a musty or moldy odor from the drum and door area.

Safety first: Use gloves and ensure good ventilation when using cleaning agents.

• Clean door gasket: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth soaked in a mild bleach solution or washer cleaner. Remove lint and slime.
• Run cleaning cycle: Run an empty hot wash with a washer cleaner tablet or 1–2 cups of white vinegar to remove residue.
• Dry the drum: After each use, leave the door slightly open to allow the interior to dry.
• Check drain system: Clean the drain pump filter to ensure water fully drains and does not stagnate.
