• Inspect drain hose: Pull the unit forward and check the rear drain hose for kinks or crushing. Detach from the standpipe and flush with water to confirm it is clear.
• Re-test: Reassemble and run a drain/spin cycle. If the pump hums but does not move water, the pump motor may be weak and require replacement.
