Washer-dryer does not fill with water; cycle stops shortly after start and displays E02

Safety: Unplug the appliance and close the water tap before disconnecting hoses.

• 1. Check water supply: Ensure the household water tap feeding the washer-dryer is fully open. Verify water pressure by disconnecting the hose from the tap and briefly opening it into a bucket.
• 2. Clean inlet filters: Turn off water, remove the inlet hose from the back of the machine. Inside the valve connection you will see small mesh filters. Gently pull them out with pliers, rinse under running water, and remove any debris or limescale. Refit filters and hose.
• 3. Inspect inlet hose: Check for kinks, crushing, or internal blockage. Replace if damaged.
• 4. Test inlet valve coil: Remove the top cover of the machine. Locate the water inlet valve assembly where the hose connects. Disconnect the electrical connectors and measure coil resistance with a multimeter (typically 2–5 kΩ; refer to service data). An open circuit coil indicates a faulty valve that must be replaced.
• 5. Wiring and PCB: If the valve is good, check the wiring harness from the valve to the main control board for loose or burnt connectors. If wiring is intact and the valve never receives voltage during fill (tested only by a qualified person with proper precautions), the main PCB may be defective.

Note: Never run the machine with the cabinet open and live unless you are trained and using proper electrical safety procedures.
