Possible Causes

Partially blocked water inlet valve screens, Faulty Electrolux water inlet valve coil, Defective pressure sensor (water level sensor), Air trap or pressure hose blocked with detergent residue

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power and close water supply valves before servicing.

  • 1. Confirm water pressure: Ensure strong water flow at the supply taps. Low pressure can cause E11.
  • 2. Clean inlet screens: Remove hoses from the rear of the machine and clean the mesh filters in the inlet valve as described for E10.
  • 3. Inspect pressure hose and air trap: Remove the top panel (usually a few screws at the back). Locate the small rubber hose running from the bottom tub/air chamber to the pressure sensor. Check for kinks, blockages, or detergent sludge. Carefully remove and flush the hose and air trap with warm water, then refit securely.
  • 4. Check pressure sensor connections: Ensure the electrical connector on the pressure sensor is fully seated and free of corrosion.

If the unit still fails to reach level and shows E11, the water inlet valve or pressure sensor may need replacement. Electrical testing with a multimeter is advised for advanced users or technicians.
