Water detected in the bottom base pan; washer-dryer may stop mid-cycle and display E13, sometimes accompanied by drain pump running continuously.

Safety: Unplug the appliance and turn off water supplies. Be prepared for water spillage when tilting the unit.

• 1. Access base pan: Carefully tilt the Electrolux combo slightly backward or to the side to see if water drains from the base. Place towels or a shallow tray underneath.
• 2. Dry the leak sensor area: Remove the lower front access panel (if present) or rear panel. Use towels or a sponge to dry any water in the base pan and around the leak sensor/float switch.
• 3. Run a short fill test: With panels off, restore power and water, then start a quick cycle. Observe hoses, the door boot, and the drain pump area for drips.
• 4. Tighten or replace components: Tighten loose hose clamps, replace cracked hoses, and inspect the door boot for tears or pinholes. Replace the boot if any damage is found.

Do not continue using the machine until the source of the leak is corrected. If the leak source is not obvious, contact a professional technician.
